With the constant deepening of education reform and the the implementation of New Curriculum Standards in basic education, the idea of "people-oriented" penetrating into the school management activities, more and more schools start to explore the transition of the teaching management mode. The education management idea of "people-oriented"claims that everything starts from people, to human body, play to people’s subjective initiative, stimulating people’s internal potential, which makes people get comprehensive development. So how to penetrate "people-oriented" education philosophy in the primary and secondary school teaching management? Through investigation and reflection on the status quo of primary and secondary school teaching management, seeking the practice strategy of "people-oriented" teaching management is of great importance.This paper is the mono-graphic study on the idea of "people-oriented" penetrating in ordinary high school teaching management, based on the investigation to the status quo of the practice of teaching management "people-oriented" idea in XX high school, carrying out a preliminary discussion on how to effectively apply the countermeasure of "people-oriented" idea to the primary and secondary schools teaching management. In this paper, the survey results show that both teachers and students have been under the pressure from student achievement promotion, which is the most important indicator in the evaluation to teachers and students; The relationship between teachers and students is not close enough and the headteachers, dealing with students more commonly, take the heaviest work among all the teachers; The relationship between teachers and leaders is not equal, so it is hard for the teachers to give a statement to their own opinion when facing the leaders in most cases; The relationship between some teachers is not harmonious enough and the cooperation opportunity is too slim; The interaction between teachers and students in the classroom is not active enough, especially those in grade two and grade three in high school, but relatively, the teachers and students of grade one are much easier in both the learning process and learning pressure; Teachers’requirement to the construction of campus environment can be satisfied, but the students’emotion to the campus is not deep; Most teachers know the idea of "people-oriented", but seldom understand its connotation and meaning. On the basis of the survey results, the author specifically puts forward some measures of the implementation of the "people-oriented" idea in the teaching of senior high school.This paper mainly divided into three parts:The first part is the introduction, summarizing background and reason of the topic selection, clarifying the meaning and the purpose of this study, defining the core concepts, illustrating the main methods in this study, adopting and reviewing the related literature.The second part is based on the survey to the status quo of the application of "people-oriented" idea in teaching management in sample units, XX high school, through the statistical analysis of the questionnaire data, comprehensively and veritably reflecting the actual situation of the people-oriented teaching management in the current senior high schools.The third part carries out the preliminary summary and discussion on the strategy of the people-oriented teaching management in senior high school, according to the survey results.
