With the rapid development of global political, economic and technological integration, social space, modern people living in, is always constantly changing. With these changes in the space, at the same time, people have to make some adaption actively or passively. Escapeing away its physical properties, space, with its dynamic, multidimensional and heterogeneous attributes, has close contact with social subjects. Meanwhile, the practice produced by people of adapting to the space changes is also changing the space. The meaningful relationship, which, given to space by people, can translate "space" into "location", eaxits betweem people and space. Therefore, the paper selected Zhiziluo village of Pihe country, Fugong Town, Yunnan province as the study field, and used its community changes and adaption produced by people to the changes as the field case. Taking space as the angle of view to observe local practice and local strategy under the community changes, through the analysis of the innner structure system and production mechanism in different history and space, the thesis researched interaction beteween space and space as well as space and people, in order to present a dynamic, diversity space with local characteristics in a way which can show people and things together. Thus, the purpose was to explore the doctrinal depth and deepen specific research methods.Through the author's early literature collection, theoretics summarization and actual field work as well as latter data analysis and thesis writing, a dialectic relationship and a co-construction process between space and people were found. As the production of society and history, space has economic, social and cultural significance. However, a yardstick, to measure whether or not a region is prosperity and development, should not be some mensurable index, such as economy and resource and so on, and should be to observe the co-adaption and accommodation between the space and people who live in. Only when social activities and relationships are construct, operate and practice by people can space's existence be shown.
