The Ninth Session Of The National Education Federation Literature And Its Historical Value Analysis

National educational association federation is one of important modern Chinese education academic groups. The discussion questions of its annual meetings almost involved every aspect of the whole education field. The proposals for the resolution were more important questions of the domestic education. The resolution cases were made at the annual meetings, which were modified slightly by the ministry of education, then the modified resolution cases were by decree enacted and used. It played a very important role in the development and reform of our modern education.The ninth meeting of national educational association federation was held on October 22 in 1923, in Kunming. The 22 Delegates were from 15 provinces, which attended the meeting. The delegates were famous educationist such as Huang Yanpei, in Yuan Xitao etc. The educational association of Yunnan province recommended You Yunlong, Wang Yongyu, WuZheng as representative. This meeting was lasting for half a month, a total of session resolution meeting ten times,30 cases.The conference was held which not only has influenced the education at the time importantly, also has an important meaning of Yunnan modern education development, but today it still didn't aroused the scholars' attention. Although Yunnan is located in the border area, the education culture of Yunnan is not because its border location and isolated with Central Plains, on the contrary, since ancient times, it was closely linked with the central plains, always it is indivisible whole. Although Yunnan divided with the central plains several times in politics, but it returned to the motherland family eventually, this is not a simple points close process, it is precisely because the profound cultural cohesion.The ninth meeting of National educational association federation is held in Yunnan, which is the "Tang Jiyao era", so, taking this meeting as the breakthrough point, collect and organize the related literatures, study the relationships between the frontier and the central of modern Yunnan, which has an an important significance.Any research of the historical topic all depend on the discovery and collection of historical materials, historical study propulsion and historical data excavation are inseparable. This article collected the relevant historical documents to the ninth meeting of national educational association federation systematically, and ordered strctly, at the same time, analyzed the historical value of the obtained literature properly.
