A Study Of Socialized Reform Of College Rear Service Based On System Theory

Since the college expansion plan in 1998, the college education in China has changed from elite education to universal public education. Socialized reform of college rear-service system can gradually draw everyone's attention and then expand rapidly across the country. Based on the basic conditions and reality of China's socialized reform of college rear-service system, this thesis adopts the system theory to analyze the college rear-service system in detail, hoping to make certain contributions to this reform process.After stating the concept situation of the socialized reform of college rear-service system, this thesis analyzes in detail the characteristics of the college rear-service system of developed countries, and makes a comparison with China's college rear-service system, then analyzes the gap and the future destination.Then in the system theory point of view, this thesis conducts a comprehensive decomposition to college rear-service system, and divides it into several subsystems. These subsystems are continually divided into work units that are operable and can be traced back to individuals, that is, the elements of the system. This thesis tries to use work behavior dictionary, job descriptions, responsibility matrix and other ways and methods to explore the relationships among all the elements and between these elements and systems.Finally, based on the perspective and knowledge of system theory, this thesis gives a detailed analysis of the purpose, customers, outputs, process, suppliers and inputs of socialized reform of college rear-service system, and attempts to establish a perfect socialized college rear-service system.
