Research Of Socialization Reform Pattern Of Rear Service In Universities In JiangXi Province

With the development and reform of higher education,the socialization reform of rear service in universities continue to deepen.Building a new university logistics support system,as "Government macro-control, self-selecting schools, market services, industry self-regulation, the regulatory functions",commitment to social service functions of universities in the direction has been clear.How to faster and better to shorten the process of reform has become the focus of the problem, and how to choose the right university’s own reform model is the key.Through case analysis and a combination of theoretical studies, this paper has analyzed socialization reform model in universities in Jiangxi.Analyzing the two chosen univeristies as representative in each mode,this paper learned of the plight of the current reform and underlying causes.Based on the excellent domestic and foreign management,try to explore building a new model of social reform in line with university logistics situation in the province of Jiangxi Province. The main results of the study are:First, through field research, this paper founded the current rear service management of Jiangxi Universities has "school institution and indepengdent legal entity mode" and"independent legal mode”.Analyzed and summarized the two models co-exist problems:the balance of the "economic" and "social" dilemma,corporate positioning itself dilemma and personnel System Dilemma.Second,.the reform is a systematic project.This paper,base on analyzing the reasons through reform model problems from Jiangxi Province, draw the biggest factor affecting the property management mode selection system is the ownership of state assets what belong to the government.How to divide the property naturally need government plays a leading role.Then,secondary causes is the imperfect theory and the objective conditions of market failure.The last, run of their own management system is imperfect.Third, through study foreign universities rear service management, under the principle of gradual and orderly progress,and use SWOT methods to analyze the extent of the country to achieve social functions from low to high : "school institution and indepengdent legal entity mod", "regional group mode" and "independent legal mode ", and learn from thecorresponding three kinds of foreign universities managementFourth, according to the social goal, combine of mode features, this paper choose regional group management model as a new model to improve. And play a leading role from the government, universities play a regulatory role, run the system and the transformation of enterprise, stakeholders to change their thinking by using nformation technology concept, put forward to promote the effective implementation of countermeasures.
