Investigation And Study On The Socialization Reform Of The University Rear Service In China

This dissertation makes thorough investigations and researches on the developments of the socialization reform of the university rear service in China, and based on this,demonstrates its tendency by drawing on the internal and external successful experiences.This dissertation studies emphatically the reform patterns of the university rear service in Shanghai,Hubei and Jilin,analyzes their experiences and generalizes their distinctive features in order to make it clear that the reform should suit measures to local conditions and to different universities with flexibility and characteristics.As the university rear service,an immense and complicated system,in different countries and social backgrounds,has enormous difference in its operation patterns,this dissertation analyzes the typical operation patterns of the external university rear service and those of the internal one,affords an enlightenment to the transformation of the operation pattern of the university rear service in China from the traditional closed one to the open one so as to adapt to the market economy system.On the basis of the above investigations and researches,this dissertation sets forth the pattern of the socialization reform of the university rear service in China,and comes to the conclusion that its orientation is to establish economic entity with corporation qualification,to establish and amplify the regional service base,and to build up nationwide interprovincial economic joint entity and so on;and proposes the development objective of the reform and the solutions.This dissertation will bring great benefit of reference to the present socialization reform of the university rear service in China.
