As it is known to all, the talented person is a key to the national development.The raise of talented person can be directly related with our economic development.The university students are important components of our country's top level talentedpersons; they take the important task of building the motherland. The level ofcomprehensive quality of students will directly affect China's scientific andtechnological progress and modernization. In recent years, with China's marketeconomy system and improvement, the high-level education in China has also beendeveloped rapidly, expanding college students, graduates in employment in theincreasingly fierce competition. Followed with the expansion of the university studentscale, the competition of graduate's in employment time also become more intense dayby day.In this context, the paper first described the theoretical basis of comprehensivequality evaluation of students. On this basis, quality evaluation system of languagespecialty students in science and engineering universities constructed, taking thedemand of society's enterprise unit to university student's ability quality as theguidance, combining with the traditional quality evaluation system. And after that, themethods to enhance the ability and quality are proposed according to theestablishment of evaluation system for students. As the evaluation system took thedemand of society's enterprise unit to university student's ability quality, it laid thefoundation to evaluate the comprehensive quality of language specialty students. Theproposition provided some reference to enhance strategies for students was the futuremanagement and departments to the work of Student Management.The innovations of this paper are mainly as follows. Firstly, the evaluationsystem combined with social needs and characteristics of language specialty, employability is proposed. Secondly, with the combination of characteristics of languagespecialty and the establishment of the evaluation system, ways to improve thecomprehensive quality of language specialty students in science and engineeringuniversities are proposed.
