Comprehensive quality evaluation is the policy term of our country,which has been formed,developed and perfected gradually for decades.Theoretically,comprehensive quality evaluation can promote the development of students in a comprehensive and individualized way.However,the comprehensive quality evaluation can promote the development of students in practice,and how to promote the development of students is seldom studied.Based on this,this study selects the Strategy research of comprehensive quality evaluation to promote the development of primary school students,presents the evidence of comprehensive quality evaluation to promote students ' development in case form,puts forward the strategy of comprehensive quality evaluation to promote students ' development,and tries to promote the effective implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation.Comprehensive quality evaluation is a kind of comprehensive evaluation of students ' comprehensive quality and performance ability by means of various characterization evidence,which is mainly based on students ' self-description and combined with other people's evaluation.The comprehensive quality evaluation is a kind of developmental evaluation,and the only function of the comprehensive quality evaluation of primary school students is to promote the student development.The theory of comprehensive development,the theory of multiple intelligences and the theory of subjectivity development provide theoretical support for comprehensive quality evaluation to promote the development of students,in particular,comprehensive quality evaluation promotes students ' all-round development,personality development and active development.The study takes F school as a case,on the basis of deep school long-term observation and interview,it is found that F school is based on rich activities inside and outside the school,perfect top-level design as a blueprint,supplemented by growth Tutor,Evaluation award first,electronic platform and other safeguard mechanism,and jointly promote the implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation.Through interviews with teachers and students,the electronic Platform information discovery of students ' comprehensive quality evaluation,the practice of comprehensive quality evaluation in F School promotes the all-round development of students,which mainly shows that the content of comprehensive quality evaluation leads students to all-round development,and promotes the all-round development of students in the process of implementing comprehensive quality evaluation.The performance is that teachers recognize the growth dynamics of students through comprehensive quality evaluation,and give individualized guidance to students,and comprehensive quality evaluation promotes students ' active development,which shows that students form the ability of reflection through combing activities,form self-education ability through self-evaluation,and form planning ability through term planning.Based on the existing experience of F school,this paper puts forward some strategic suggestions to promote the development of students from three aspects: students,teachers and schools to master the writing and requirements of activity records,teachers should scientifically interpret the growth process of students,schools should build electronic platforms,use "Growth tutor system",and arouse the enthusiasm of parents to avoid the occurrence of the situation.
