The constitution of college students has aroused more and more attention from the society, especially that of the students in higher vocational school. Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in our country in which the students'constitution directly relates the economic construction. The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is the earliest province to carry out regional national autonomy as well as the place where many ethnic groups get together and the Mongoloid accounts for a large proportion. Because of the influence of multi-nation, multi-culture and multi-tradition, the constitution of students presents diversity in the higher vocational school in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Therefore, we can master the health condition of the students from Mongoloid and the Han nationality comprehensively and objectively through the research on the constitution of the students from the two nationalities in higher vocational schools in western Inner Mongolia so as to provide theoretical evidence for the efficient enhancement of the constitution and make contribution to the physical teaching reform of the higher vocational schools in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the development of the health condition of the students from Moggol and Han nationality and the foster of local qualified talents who are physical and psychological health. In particular, it is of great significance to the development of the economic construction and the harmoniousness of the society。This paper explores the analysis of the constitution of the students from Moggol and Han nationality in higher vocational schools in western Inner Mongolia by means of the method of documentation, mathematical statistics, logical analysis, interviewing experts and comparison. The results indicate that the BMI average value of boy students from Han nationality is closer to the optimal BMI compared to that of Moggol nationality. The proportion of Han boy students in normal weight is more than that of Mongolian boy students while the proportion of the mongolian boy students who are underweight, overweight and obese is more than that of Han boy students. Furthermore, the proportion of boy students from the two nationalities in lower weight is more than that of those who are overweight and obese. But the difference is not particularly obvious. Compared to that of Han girl students, the BMI average value of Mongolian girl students is closer to the optimal BMI and the proportion of the girl students in normal weight from Moggol nationality is more than that of those from Han nationality. Besides, the proportion of Han girl students in lower weight is more than that of Mongolian girl students and the difference on the proportion of overweight and obese students is slight. The comparison on the constitution of the students from Moggol and Han nationality is made as follows: the vital capacity and BMI between boy students from the two nationalities becomes increasingly different through two years college life while the difference between girl students from the two nationalities tend to be increasingly slighter. The vital capacity and BMI of Mongolian boy students is 4.06 higher than that of Han boy students and the difference is quite obvious (P<0.01). The vital capacity and BMI of Han girl students is 4.17 higher than that of Mongolian girl students and the difference is also distinct (P<0.01). The performance of Han boy students in step test is well than that of Mongolian boy students, which indicates that the capacity of aerobic metabolism of Han boy students is relatively higher. In other words, the endurance of Han boy students is well that that of Mongolian boy students. The proportion of the Mongolian boy students in excellent endurance is higher than that in good and average endurance, which shows that it is necessary to strengthen the training on endurance. The performance of Han girl students is similar to that of Mongolian girl students in step test. What's more, the proportion of the girl students in excellent and good endurance from the two nationalities is nearly to 80%, which illustrates that the performance of the girl students from the two nationalities both are good in the capacity of aerobic metabolism. The comparison on the constitution of the students from the two nationalities is made as follows: the proportion of the grip strength and BMI of Mongolian boy students equally and reasonably scatters in average, good and excellent level while that of Han boy students mainly in qualified and good level and the students reaching excellent level are relatively lower. As for Mongolian girl students, their grip strength and BMI mainly distributes in good level and the qualified and excellent level separately accounts for 22%. The total level is average and the distribution is rational. In contrast, the grip strength and BMI of Han girl students scatters in good and qualified level and the students reaching excellent level is relatively lower. The proportion of boy students from the two nationalities reaching good and qualified level in standing long jump is relatively higher while the students in excellent level is low. The total distribution is reasonable. However, there are still 11.81% Mongolian boy students and 16.38% Han boy students failing. The proportion of Mongolian girl students reaching good and qualified level is high in standing long jump and the students in excellent level is relatively lower. Generally speaking, the distribution is reasonable. But 15.62% students still fail in standing long jump. Conversely, the performance of Han girl students mainly centralizes on qualified level. The proportion of the students in unqualified level is 21.71%, good is 11.90% and excellent is 10.29%, which is relatively lower.According to the data statistical analysis, the difference of the constitution between the students from Mongolian and Han nationality is obvious. The targeted proposal and settlement of the existing problems and suggestion aim at improving the constitution of the students from Mongolian and Han nationality in Western Inner Mongolia. Besides, the study is also expected to serve as the reference for the higher vocational schools in Western Inner Mongolia to know the constitution of the studetns, extracurricular sporting activities, the selection of sporting teams and PE in time.
