Research About The Status Of Sanda Reserve Athletes Cultivation And The Influential Factor In Jiangsu Province

Sandal is a new modern competitive sports, which is quite popular among the youths. After more than thirty years'delopevment, it has reached a high level, meanwhile it is faced with a lot of problems, one of which need to be solved urgently is that the cultivation of the young sanda reserve athletes. Under the new social environment, to probe a new training mode for the sanda reserve athletes will be a new subject which we should research. After looking into the status of sanda reserve athletes cultivation and analysising the restricting factors of it in Jiangsu Province, I hope this will give some useful enlightenment to the other areas in China, this is also a promotion to the development of sanda sports in Jiangsu Province.Through reading literature materials, making questionnaire survey, doing mathematical statistics and analysis logically. This paper statistics and analysis the technique and tactics of the 17th sanda games in JIangsu Province, After looking into and analysis the main related reasons which restrict the sanda reserve athletes in Jiangsu Province,I get the following survey:1. Sanda sports in Jiangsu has experienced the following stages:upward stage, brilliant stage and decline phase, Sanda in Jiangsu Province is unbalance, the leaders in the southern part of Jiangsu Province attach importance to sanda sports and the match results is better than that of the northern part of Jiangsu Province.2. The sanda reserve athletes from sports school students have already occupied majority, the single technical movements of the sanda athletes are relatively better. However, their technical movements is immature and not comprehensive their technique and tactics level need improved, the conflict between "learning" and " training " of the students is still obvious and was not well solved, the ideological education of the athletes should be strengthened.3. The entire teaching and training level and the culture level of the coaches are much higher, but the fewer re-education had a serious influence on the sanda development in Jiangsu Province.4. The coach's scientization in selecting the athletes is low, the competition system need be strengthened, and the lack of competition has restricted the improvement of the athletes'competition level. 5. The yard, equipment and fund of the sanda teams in Jiangsu Province can basically meet the demands of the athletes, the magnetization and socialization of sanda sports lack operation and there's no channel to increase funds. The impacts of the management system of sanda sports and the social factors on the sanda reserve talents cultivation in Jiangsu Province are increasingly prominent, inevitable and more important.
