Analysis On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Training Sanda Reserve Talents In Guangdong Province

Guangdong Province is the largest province in China's economy,and contains a strong martial arts culture,rich martial arts resources,for the development of martial arts and martial arts Sanda have very good advantages.There are a large number of people practicing martial arts in Guangdong Province,and because of their special geographical location,Sanda has extensive exchanges with other fighting techniques,which is the advantage of developing martial arts Sanda in Guangdong Province.The competitive Wushu is also an important part of the competitive sports competition in Guangdong Province.Although the martial arts of Guangdong Province are not in the leading position in the whole country,there is a good condition for the development of the project,which will require a greater effort in the training of martial arts.In this paper,coaches,athletes and managers who participated in Guangdong Youth Wushu Championships in 2017 were investigated and interviewed in order to settle the development of Sanda reserve talents in Guangdong Province.This paper analyzes the development status of Sanda reserve talents in Guangdong Province from four aspects: competition situation,coaches,and sports training by means of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,and analyzes the current situation of the development of Sanda reserve talents in Guangdong Province from four aspects: competition situation,coaches and sports training,and draw the following conclusions:1.The development of martial arts Sanda in Guangdong Province started earlier,and the development speed was slow,and the development of Wushu Sanda reserve talents training area was uneven.2.The training system of martial arts Sanda reserve talents in Guangdong Province is reasonable,but it lacks the participation of private organizations.3.Guangdong Youth Competition and training Center is also faced with the contradiction between athletes' narrow employment and athletes' study and training in the training of Wushu Sanda reserve talents.4.In Guangzhou,Zhongshan,Foshan,Zhaoqing and Jiangmen,the development of local athletes is limited,and the development of local back-up talents has a negative impact on the healthy and sustainable development of the martial arts in Guangdong Province.5.The amateur Sanda coaches in Guangdong Province have good sports performance,high technical level and rich competition experience,but their overall quality is not high,mainly reflected in the scientific research level and low educational level,resulting in unscientific selection of athletes,formulation of training plans and training methods.Regular on-the-job training in the province is late.6.Backward venue facilities and insufficient medical supervision are also important factors that restrict the development of Wushu Sanda reserve talents in Guangdong Province.According to the current situation of Wushu Sanda reserve talents in Guangdong province,combined with the current situation of Guangdong province and the overall level of competitive sports,the corresponding development countermeasures are put forward,so as to provide reference for the better development of Wushu Sanda reserve talents training in various regions of Guangdong province.
