Feasibility Study Of Side Judge Evaluation Results Public Display Of Wushu Sanda Competition

The electronic scoring system has been implemented in Wushusanda competition for many years.Compare with the traditional way the referees held a board to judge, the electronic command system did make a difference in the history of the sports competition rules, and make it more timely, accurately, open and transparent in the competition.. However, for series of complex reasons, the results given by the referees was not show out publicly in Wushu Sanda Competition, while the results were in a state of semipublic and semitransparent for many years. But the similar project was really open and transparent in the Olympic Games, apparently, if San Da movement want to enter the the highest arena like the Olympic Games, it should improve its form of the judgment. Therefore, if we want to incarnate the open and transparent spirit in the modern sports competition and reach the goal that sanda movement can enter into the Olympic Games, we need to analyze and study the following questions: in the Wushu Sanda Competition, whether to display the results publicly or not; if we should show the results out, then how; and which factors may conditioned the results, and, what related reforms and systems should be carried out in this procedure.By Adopting the documentary and referential analysis method and using logical analysis and the methods of literature study, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. the paper treats of the driving forces of the above questions, and finally comes out the following conclusion:1. Compared with other events like boxing, taekwondo and karate, in these unarmed combat events, sanda movement do exists certain differences in the way of judgment. Each event has its unique judge rules, but the biggest difference among these events was : other events use the out point system while sanda movement using unknown point system.2. Nowadays the unknown point system in sanda movement was not fays in with the rule of"open and transparent", which may impede this event access to the Olympic Games. We should reform this rule as soon as possible; promote to show out the results publicly.3. The reason why we perform the unknown point system in the Wushu Sanda Competition is that the rule in sanda movement wares not the same with the rule in boxing and taekwondo movements. In sanda movement, scores ware depended on how most referees judge each game, while in boxing and teakwondo events, scores ware depended on how most referees judge each technology action of the two athletes at the same time.4. we consider it necessary and doable to use the out point system in sanda movement and display the results publicly under the condition not to interfere the referee's self-judgment.Suggestion: The out judgment system should be promoted step by step. We can try it out in this way: show each judge's score at the end of the game and gradually show the process of how judges make out the score in time after we got some related experiences. And we can put this method into trial use in some small competition like the national youth competition, whole wushu school competition and the competition of the village of wushu, then we can spread this method into some major tournaments like the national Tournaments, Championships and Comprehensive Sport Games...
