Teachers, parents and students with learning difficulties are puzzled by the phenomenon of learning difficulties, and they all hope to solve this problem. Unfortunately, this problem is widespread in various knowledge levels in the course of learning, among them, the "primary stage learning difficulties" phenomenon most remarkable. Through the efforts of exploration, researchers and educational practitioners have made a number of useful insights. Most existing insights are obtained from pedagogy, psychology, sociology and physiological discipline angle view but using the theory and method of cultural anthropology research on this problem is seldom seen. Therefore, researching learning difficulties with the theory and method of cultural anthropology not only is necessary, but also has some theoretical and practical significance.Related researches have been mainly generated from one side to explore the reasons for learning difficulties and accordingly interventions have been proposed, but most of results are less comprehensive and integrated. In addition, relative to foreign related researches, domestic researches more present in the causes and solutions such as practical level, the theory is relatively weak, and research perspective is relatively narrow.This study case uses depth interviews and observations to collect research data. On the basis of interviews and observations for about one year, the study describes the daily life about the student in detail and reveals the different meanings behind the understanding of learning difficulties and cultural reasons. This will help quite comprehensively to understand the phenomenon of learning difficulties, and provide a useful thought to solve the problem of students with learning difficulties.There are five parts in this article. Introduction firstly introduces why make this research and describes its relevant meaning. Secondly, the author reviews the related researches in order to understand the current researches on the progress of students with learning difficulties and the related theoretical situation. Thirdly, in this part the concept of learning difficulties and daily life concept are defined and the concept of daily life and related research theory proposition are briefly introduced; Finally, This study describes the ethnographic methods and specific ways of data collection in the process.The researcher describes the daily life about the girl in the text including family environment and the demands from the family to her; the student's feelings, understanding and ideas in the interaction between her teachers, classmates and the family. The thick description about details of daily life makes the research objects vividly stand in front of researchers.The third part presents four aspects:Isolation and growth-the ideas and ways of raising children in research object's family; my site who advocate-lacking of initiative and independence in research object's daily life, her most behaviors are from the instructors'arrangement; Scores, face and others-the realistic significance of scores for student in daily life, social and cultural reasons of people's attention to scores; Boring and hard-the feeling of the student with learning difficulties in daily life. Through these four aspects, the paper tells that different people have different understanding on the meaning of learning and reveals the cultural reasons behind the different understanding.In fourth part, the main advice is using the theory and method of anthropology to research learning difficulties phenomenon. The article points out the important significance of daily life learning and how to cultivate and protect the interest of students with learning difficulties in daily life, how to use the potentially impacting factors to help them in daily life; this section also includes how to avoid the emergence of the phenomenon of learning difficulties and the transformation views of students with learning difficulties.In the last part, the author considers ongoing research on the problem of learning difficulties is still of great importance and future researches still face many difficulties; Cultural anthropology theory and methods can be used to study this phenomenon and to obtain some deep-seated awareness and understanding; also points out the inadequacy of this study.
