Fundamental curriculum reform was carried out in 2001.It is a reform that proceeded both in theory and operation with the ultimate focus on fulfillment of teacher curriculum. Curriculum reform concept can be changed into teachers'practical action through teaching evaluation. Effective classroom teaching evaluation can ensure teaching order, improve the development of teaching levels and accelerate classroom teaching efficiency. In order to meet the needs of fundamental curriculum reform in our country, it is imperative to construct a new classroom teaching evaluation in primary school mathematics. Classroom teaching evaluation is also what college education specialists and frontline teachers concern. The purpose of classroom teaching evaluation in primary school mathematics is to improve teaching levels of primary school mathematics teachers and teaching quality of primary school mathematics. It is excessively necessary to study and construct a scientific and reasonable classroom teaching evaluation having primary school mathematics characteristics.The present study, based on documentary research, reviews the historical development of classroom teaching evaluation. Then methods like questionnaire and case study are used to study the present situation of primary school mathematics teaching evaluation. The purpose is to construct primary school mathematics teaching evaluation standards combined with qualitative and quantitative, ultimately forming classroom evaluation standards quantization table.Through study on present situation of primary school mathematics teaching evaluation, emphasis on primary school mathematics classroom teaching evaluation has been set up, therefore forming classroom evaluation standards quantization table. Through practical classroom teaching, the author verifies primary mathematics teaching evaluation standards and makes contrast between the classroom evaluation standards quantization table made in this study and two present used classroom evaluation standards quantization tables, pointing out the advantages and those needing to be improved.The study finally establishes classroom evaluation standards quantization tables which is corresponding to the new curriculum concept and has an attempt in teaching. Meanwhile, the author points out the reasonability and shortcomings of the study.
