| Along with the accelerated transformation of social environment,the connotation of comprehensive development of college students is deepening.Its connotation gradually shifts to attaching great importance to the development of college students’ personality,comprehensive quality ability and harmonious development,which obviously cannot be separated from the exercise and shaping of college students’ ability to prevent,bear and cope with setbacks.A lot of facts prove that the ability of college students to bear and cope with frustration and pressure in social life still needs to be strengthened.If the importance of frustration education for college students is not increased and implemented,the comprehensive development of college students will not be possible and the cultivation of high-quality talents in universities will be difficult to implement.Therefore,strengthening frustration education for college students is not only an important link to realize comprehensive development of college students,but also an inevitable requirement to implement high-quality talents cultivation in higher education.This thesis is divided into four parts,using a combination of literature research method,questionnaire survey method and comparative research method to carry out the research.Firstly,the research results were sorted out,summarized and concluded to clarify the research ideas.Secondly,based on Ellis’ ABC theory of frustration and Rosenzweig’s theory of frustration,a questionnaire was developed and distributed to college students.Through the survey,we found that:college students’ cognition of frustration is not comprehensive;college students’ family frustration education is lacking;college frustration education is lacking,single and lagging.Thirdly,through a comparative study on the development of frustration education for college students in the United States,Japan and the United Kingdom,a comparative analysis including positioning and main contents,implementation methods,external environment,etc.,useful experiences and inspirations of frustration education for college students are obtained.Finally,we propose countermeasures to improve frustration education for college students from four levels:society,universities,families and individual college students.The suggestions put forward in this study include four aspects:firstly,society,as a platform for frustration education of college students,should provide policy support,create a favorable social opinion environment,improve the psychological counseling system,and give full attention and play the guiding role of society in frustration education of college students.Secondly,universities as the main position to carry out frustration education for college students,should play the leading role in frustration education for college students from three aspects:enriching the content of frustration education,strengthening the relevance of frustration education,and improving the methods and approaches of frustration education.In terms of enriching the content of frustration education,universities should strengthen frustration cognitive education,frustration psychological education and frustration prevention and response education of college students.In terms of strengthening the relevance of frustration education,colleges and universities should tailor frustration education to individual students and adopt different coping strategies for different types of frustration.In terms of improving the methods and approaches of frustration education,universities should integrate frustration education into professional and social practice,carry out frustration education through the penetration of multiple disciplines,improve mental health protection,and make comprehensive use of group counseling,motivation education method and role model education method.Thirdly,as the starting point of education for college students,families should strengthen the basic role of families in frustration education for college students by establishing frustration education awareness,improving family education methods and creating a good family atmosphere.Finally,as the object of frustration education,college students should deepen their understanding of frustration and establish positive frustration cognition;establish correct self-understanding and reasonable expectations;do a good job of self-psychological construction and build a positive psychological defense and adjustment mechanism;form an open coping consciousness and actively seek social support,so as to give full play to the main role of individuals in college students’ frustration education. |
