Economic Benefits Evaluation Index System Of Major Sports Events In The Value Of The Theoretical Vision Research

Large-scale sporting events with its great economic value and the economic impact on regional district have been concerned and studied by more and more scholars. Successful bid and hosting sporting events refer to many aspects of social life, it will not only improve the city's image and popularity, but also bring huge economic benefits. In recent years a great number of large-scale sporting events has been held all over the country. However, as any other major activities, there exist various kinds of economic benefits and losses during the operation and holding of the major sporting events, such as the operations of the economic losses caused by the poor ran. These affect the normal hold of the major sports events to some extent, and sometimes even bring an unexpected loss. Therefore, event organizers urgently need for a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of economic incomes for scientific and rational analysis of economic activities, to make a fair and objective evaluation of the organization and management work, to understand the inherent laws of economic activities correctly, and improve economic gains for event organizers and sponsors.In the process of operating and managing the major sports events, it's of great significance to establish a perfect evaluation index system of economic income about major sports events for the effective and successful operation of the sports event in future, therefore, research on the evaluation of economic income of major sports events is an important and indispensable part today's study of event management.In this paper, documentary data method, expert interviews and other methods are adopted, based on relevant literature and its theoretical foundation, to analyses and define sporting events, economic income of sporting events, evaluation of economic income about sporting events, value analysis, value analysis on evaluation of economic benefits of sports events and other related concepts; through the use of documentary data method, Delphi technique method and other methods to define and screen initially a number of indicators of economic incomes evaluation about a large-scale sporting events, after two rounds of expert consultation, and the reasonable degree of consultation results have been tested to finalize the evaluation index system of large sporting events' economic incomes; through AHP and other methods to determine the economic benefits of large-scale sports events first-level, second-level and third-level evaluation index weights; through the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the economic income evaluation model of large-scale sports events, and have made fuzzy comprehensive evaluation by taking a competition project's economic income in organization and management of the Eleventh National Games as an example.This paper consider that the establishment of large-scale sporting events economic income evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model can provide theoretical guidance for large-scale sporting events' assessment work carried out smoothly, to make the overall management of major sports events more scientific and reasonable.
