| The gathering characteristics of sports events make the city get a lot of attention from all walks of life during the event,therefore,the holding of sports events has also become an important way for local governments to publicize the image of the city and promote economic growth.As an important basis to measure the influence degree of the event,the evaluation of sports events has been paid attention to by scholars.As a emerging research field,the current evaluation literature of sports events is mostly focused on a certain aspect of the impact of sports events,among which the economic impact of sports events is mostly,lack of comprehensive and objective evaluation of sports events,the evaluation results of sports events can not be quantified,but also unable to carry out horizontal and vertical comparison between events.Based on the combing and analysis of 286 Chinese core journals and 519 literatures of foreign language core journals,the paper uses the Triple Bottom Line Evaluation Model to construct the model of the comprehensive impact assessment of sports events with economic impact,social impact and environmental impact as the first level indicators.The paper aims to provide a scientific,comprehensive and objective evaluation system and index evaluation method for the comprehensive impact assessment of sports events.In addition,on the basis of index research,the paper makes an empirical analysis of the 2015 Tour of Qinghai Lake,and verifies the practicability and maneuverability of the index assessment of the comprehensive evaluation of sports events in this paper.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The index system of comprehensive evaluation of sports events is constructed,taking economic impact index,social impact index and environmental impact index as first-levelindicators,11 second-level-indicators and 23 third-levels-indicators are obtained.(2)The weight assignment of the comprehensive Evaluation indicator of sports events is given respectively,and the weight table of the comprehensive evaluation index of sports events is obtained.In the first-level-indicators,the economic impact weight is the highest,the weight value is 0.5313,the social impact weight is the second,the weight value is 0.2872,the environmental impact weight is the lowest,the weight value is 0.1814,reflecting the economic impact of sports events by scholars a great deal of attention and attention.In the second-levelindicators,for economic impact indicators,the " Sporting events bring GDP growth " indicator weight is the highest,the weight value is 0.4494;For social impact,"Urban competitiveness" indicator weight is the highest,the weight value is 0.3651;For environmental impact,"Improve the environment" indicator weight is the highest,the weight value is 0.6255.(3)Based on the comprehensive evaluation indicator system of sports events,the evaluation factors and evaluation sets are established,the fuzzy evaluation matrix is established,and the comprehensive evaluation Index model of sports events is constructed.(4)Taking the Tour of Qinghai Lake as an example,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the index system and index evaluation model.On the whole,the comprehensive evaluation of Qinghai Lake International road cycling race in 2015 is subordinate to the "very good" range,and the membership degree is0.3535,indicating that the holding of the 2015 tour of the lake has had a strong positive impact.In part,the "Environmental impact" assessment is subordinate to the "very good" scope,the highest degree of membership,for0.4370,reflects the "green,humanities,Harmony" of the tour theme,but also reflects the organizer,the organizer of the importance of ecological environmental protection and the real implementation of the green race attitude;"Social impact" assessment under the "better" scope,membership is0.3633,the holding of the tour makes more people pay attention to Qinghai,more people love cycling,to build city business cards,promote national fitness play a positive role;"Economic impact" assessment under the "better" scope,membership is0.3407,which shows that the holding of the 2015 tour of the Lake has promoted the economic development of Qinghai Province,but it is more limited than the environmental impact and social impact. |
