Biology instructional design combines teaching theory with practice of biologic education, which helps to enhance the work of biology education scientifically. Problem-solving teaching method is the need not only for curriculum reform, but also for students and teachers to develop.If we want to put problem-solving teaching method into effect, the key lies in how to design scientific instructions. It can't be separated from scientific instructional design. Some of current researches involve the design of problem-solving teaching, but still not deep enough, thus I think it is meaningful to carry out problem-solving-based instructional design and practice of biologic research.According to questionnaires, case studies,and interviews, we can find that problem-solving ability of junior high school students can not be optimistic, so it is urgent to improve their ability. In this study, under the guidance of problem-solving theory, constructivist theory and instructional design theory, after analyzing teaching design and related research on problem-solving teaching, according to biology teaching practice and the general pattern of instructional design and problem-solving teaching, I worked out problem-solving-based biology instructional design. It includes the analysis of the teaching task, the design of teaching objectives and teaching process and the evaluation of instructional design.In addition, I analyzed various aspects of the design requirements and the relationship between the various links as well. On this basis, I carried out one year teaching practice by the action research approach. As a result, good teaching results were achieved. Also, I gained inspiration that is Biology teaching design based on problem-solving requires teachers to have a professional sensitivity. What's more, teachers should handle the relationship between default and generate, double-base and capacity.
