This research adopts varied methods, such as documentation method, Delphi technique, to collect the information and theories about question teaching method, learning motivation and physical learning motivation. Under the guidance of these theories, apply the theories related to teaching practice through the teaching experiment. Compare and analyse the statistics before and after the experiment from the experimental group and matched group so as to discuss the positive effect of question teaching method on junior students'physical learning motivation and physical teaching process.as a whole, it will provide some reference information for most PE teachers to better apply question teaching method to their teaching process.The experiment sets the students of three classes in Junior 1 changshou secondary school,jiangyin,jiangsu as the objects. One of them is chosen to be the experimental group, the other two the matched groups. The experiment for question teaching method lasts for 16 weeks. The question teaching method is applied in oral teaching process systematically. The teacher should lead the students to do as the follows:set proper question situations in class, participate in the activities to explore the answers, discuss the feedback questions.The research suggests:First, question teaching method and the physical learning motivation of junior students have positive correlation. Applying question teaching method in PE process is feasible and effective, which improves the physical learning motivation of junior students and develops junior students'ability to acquire knowledge and skills about sports actively.Second, question teaching method is worthy to be promoted in PE process. However, teachers should avoid making the application become a mere formality or turgescence in their practice. The teacher should make up questions carefully, as well as develop the students'awareness of questioning. In addition, teachers should function effectively as class organizers. As long as both teachers and students apply real question teaching or learning method, communicate their emotion and improve each other, they can arouse junior students'physical learning motivation really and effectively.
