Some new problems are arisen in the learning, living and cultural adaptation issues of the increasing international students.International students' life experience in China is a cross-cultural learning process, which has an important significance for the students and the host country. To help students achieve a successful cross-cultural learning, the staff members of international students management must improve their management quality.
