International education of the world is booming under the background of internationalized higher education.Accompany with Chinese international education has of late years developed by leaps and bounds,China has been selected as the destination of study by more and more foreign students.It is not only the number of those foreign students steadily growing sharply,but also the level tent to be diversification and high-level.However,the level of Chinese international students' management in china is extremely hysteretic,and it is rarely involved of the research of the international students' management in the cross-cultural perspective especially,which is not suitable for the booming growth of the international education.The students who come from everywhere of the world,have different customs and values different from Chinese students.They need to face to not only the pressure from their study task,but also the conflict from the cultural difference and which caused a series of problems.Therefore,it is very significant to study and research the method to improve the international students' management with cross-cultural perspective.The study methods used in this dissertation contain the literature research method,comparative research method,and questionnaire survey and cases studies.In this dissertation,development process of internationalization of the higher education has been introduced and the developing history of the international education in china has been listed systematically;the detailed studies of recent management models of international student in China,especially in the area of recent cross-cultural management models,have been performed,according to the explanation of the concepts and theories which contain the culture,cross-culture,interpersonal relationship and hierarchy of needs,and the example of the international education in Tianjin University.On the basis of,learning from the experiences of the international students' managements from foreign colleges,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the level of management in cross-cultural have been proposed in six aspects that are the life adjustment,culture conflict,cross-cultural ideas,personnel training,management system,pertinence and linkage of management.It is expected for seeking out the useful method in cross-cultural management models to improve the management level and promote the quality of international students,thereby,to be beneficial for the developing continuously of the Chinese international education.
