Objective: To direct the force of hip extension exercises on resistance Shot"ahead of apparatus"Throw the effect of teaching to explain the biological mechanism of this method. Methods: This study used exercise testing and comparison studies. The subjects were never received technical training in 20 throwing ordinary male college students. The experimental group (10 people) used to design the direct force of hip extensor resistance training method and self-developed hip directly after the pedal force to conduct special training device technology to enhance practice of group: respectively, including 1) directly affected by heavy load force kicking hip Shot Put device in situ positive side to vote and to vote, 2) small load force directly kicking hip devices cast front and side shot cast in situ, and 3) to vote and hand the positive side shot cast in situ.
