| Obesity is a major cause of hypertension,diabetes,hypercholesterolemia,as the quality of life of the general public is getting better and better,the prevention of cancer and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has aroused people’s attention,people’s lifestyle,eating behavior and exercise habits have gradually changed.Obesity and complications caused by obesity are common in young people,and show an increasing trend.In this study,60 obese young people aged 19-25(20 boys and 40 girls)were selected as the experimental objects.UNTESTED,the body shape,body fat rate and basic metabolic indexes of the experimental objects were measured and detected.According to the principle of homogeneity between groups,60 experimental objects were divided into experimental group 1,experimental group 2,experimental group 3 and control group,with 5 male subjects in each group,10 women.The first group was trained by HIIT,the second group by instrument resistance training,the third group by HIIT combined with instrument resistance training,and the control group by traditional aerobic fat reduction training.Objective: through the statistics and comparative analysis of the experimental results for 12 weeks,to explore the occurrence mechanism of weight loss effect of different training methods on obese youth,and to compare their advantages and disadvantages,so as to provide corresponding reference value for guiding obese people to lose weight in the future.In the research process,the methods of comparative experiment,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and expert interview were used to analyze the fat reduction effect of HIIT training combined with instrument resistance training.We know from experiments after 12 weeks of exercise intervention,HIIT training,instrument resistance training and the combination of HIIT and instrument resistance training have a very significant impact on the subjects’ weight,waist circumference,hip circumference and BMI.Among them,the combination of HIIT and instrument resistance training has the most significant effect on the subjects’ social morphological indexes;After 12 weeks of exercise intervention,the body fat rate of subjects in experimental group 1,experimental group 2 and experimental group 3 showed significant changes,of which the most significant effect was the subjects in experimental group 3 who used the combination of HIIT and instrument resistance training;In terms of body basic metabolic indexes,HIIT training,instrument resistance training and the combination of HIIT and instrument resistance training have significant intervention effects on six indexes,such as triglyceride(TG),,glutamate aminotransferase(ALT)and uric acid(UA),Among them,the combination of HIIT training and instrument resistance training has the most prominent intervention effect,and the traditional aerobic fat reduction training the intervention was not effective indexes tested in the experiment.This shows that the combination of HIIT and instrument resistance training has important practical significance to change the obese body shape of teenagers,reduce the body fat rate and promote the normal operation of basic metabolic function. |
