With the rapid development and deepening of the reform of education, school education and social development will certainly highly civilized and coordination of quality education. As an important part of school education, school sports in fostering all-round development of the new generation of modern-minded activities of qualified personnel to play an irreplaceable important role. Physical resources are the material foundation for sports development in schools, to a certain extent, determine the size of the school sports development and speed. However, the survey found:on the one hand, many people in the school within the school is not a comprehensive understanding of sports resources, the existing primary and secondary school physical resources have not been fully utilized, a serious shortage of school sports and physical resources, a waste of resources prevailing contradictions; the other hand, the exchange between schools, especially primary and middle school, junior high and high school lack of vertical communication within the region failed to form a school sports exchanges and cooperation in resources, resulting in the lack of resources within the region together school sports and energy issues. The new situation, China's basic national conditions also determine the primary and secondary school physical education in terms of long-term supply of resources in short supply in the state, that the development of school sports school sports resource needs of the growing relative shortage of resources and school physical conflict between and this contradiction will be a long-term stay. Therefore, different levels, different structures, different content, integration of school physical resources, optimizing resource allocation and use of the geographical advantage, and strengthen the complementarity of resources together to promote school sports school sports development is particularly important, it has become the Sustainable Science School Sports important development issue.In this paper, literature, survey (questionnaire and interview), logical reasoning and statistical analysis, research methods, analysis of primary and secondary school physical education sports resources and the characteristics and types of resources, on the basis of Yin in Anyang City, District 18 primary and secondary schools (2 high schools,6 middle schools, 10 primary schools) the status of school physical education resources, and regional development, utilization and exchange of the more prominent issues during the investigation and summary of proposed regional primary and secondary school physical education resources, ideas, Regional cooperation and mutual assistance within the school, the school outside the national fitness campaign for the community to provide appropriate services. At the same time, integration of resources for primary and secondary school physical problems and difficulties raised in the corresponding solutions and response measures, in a bid to achieve the maximum utilization of existing school sports resources, thus promoting primary and secondary school physical education for the effective and sustainable scientific developmentreference.
