Art education assumes two missions; it shall help the educatee not only master related knowledge and skills, but also learn territory culture in a positive way, to assume the mission of the broadcasting and inheriting of regional culture, and carry forward the regional culture. What way shall be adopted to integrate regional cultural resource with the curriculum resource of art academy, to deliver and development the essence of regional culture, and make students accept various types of curriculum knowledge. It is the concern of this research to inherit regional culture, enrich curriculum resource, improve curriculum connotation and highlight teaching features while improving the curriculum resource quality of art academy.Because of the extensive and profound connotation, Shandong culture has indomitable vitality and fresh spirit after thousands of years, which is a huge tree in Chinese culture fertile land. As the important constitute part of Chinese culture, besides the essence of Chinese traditional culture, it also has distinct Shandong features, with relatively hi gh research and study value. By collecting related data, this article develops the profound exploration to the current inheritance situation of Shandong traditional art, with main research method of consulting to related historic literatures and field visi t; it conducts analysis and research to the development of curriculum of Shandong traditional art in art academy as well as the problems existing in implementation process, to propose suggestions in accordance with the rules of curriculum resource integrity, to help the art academy to solve practical problems. In order to integrate regional cultural curriculum resource, it is needed to dig the regional culture which has been forgotten for long time, and exhibit the regional culture on face of contemporary people with richer posture, to embody the application value of the culture.On the basis of the theoretical narration to regional culture and curriculum resource integrity, this paper takes the value expression of the regional culture and curriculum resource integrity of art academy as the entry point of the research, to arrange the interactive representation of the two parties, and conclude the supply, inheritance and interactivity between regional culture and art academy, to prove the characteristic of mutual influence and mutual promotion. On aspects of two means, quantitative integrity investigation and qualitative case research, it conducts overall and systematic research on the current state of regional cultural curriculum resource integrity in art academy; it conducts profound field investigation to the current living situation of Shandong traditional art. It analyzes the problems and reasons of curriculum resource integrity, to develop the system structure of curriculum resource integrity. It also takes the earlier stage research as the basis and Dancing College of Shandong College of Arts as the practice object, to discuss according to the background analysis, design programs, process control, achievement exhibition and conclusion reflection of curriculum resource integrity of art academy under the background of regional culture supply. It conducts investigation and research to the problems existing during the process of curriculum resource integrity of Shandong College of Arts, to think about the measu res to solve the problems, and propose suggestions on the regional cultural curriculum resource integrity of art academy.This article is divided into eight parts:Part One, Introduction. Based on the prominent problems of pessimistic situation of regional cultural inheritance and the deficiency of cultural connotation in curriculum resource of art academy, it starts from the reasons and functions of regional cultural curriculum resource integrity, to discuss on the expected result of this research. At the same time, it illustrates the concepts of regional culture, Shandong culture, cultural supply, regional cultural supply, curriculum resource and curriculum resource integrity, and lays the theoretic foundation for the research. The overview of related literatures gives the direction to this research on the basis of the research of the predecessors, and develops the research thoughts, which exhibits the research content as well as research method and thoughts.Part Two, the value expression of the regional culture and the curriculum resource integrity in art academy. By means of the improvement of the connotation of art academy, the highlighting of the features of art academy and the expansion of the regional culture development platform by regional cultural curriculum resource integrity, it takes regional cultural internalization as the core value and behavior standard of art academy, which is the essence of the guidance to the curriculum resource integrity value by regional culture. The curriculum resource integrity in art academy is not only the basis for the inheritance of regional culture, but also the avocation and practice of regional culture.Part Three, the interactive representation between regional culture and the curriculum resource integrity of art academy. There is close interactivity between curriculum resource integrity in art academy and regional culture inheritance on target, task and approach, and this chapter mainly discusses on the interactive functions of regional culture and curriculum resource integrity in art academy on aspects of connotation supply and culture inheritance, and discusses on the interactivity between the two parties.Part Four, the actual difficulty of curriculum resource integrity in art academy. Taking the Art Academy in Shandong Province as the research objects, it conducts detailed questionnaire survey to the current situation of the inheritance of regional culture in art academy; it conducts profound field investigation to the current living situation of Shandong traditional art. According to comprehensive analysis, it is found that there are problems such as limited teaching ability of teachers, outdated teaching method, insufficient teaching conditions and separation between school and society in regional cultural curriculum resource integrity, and finds out the reasons for the problems.Part Five, the system composition of regional cultural curriculum resource integrity in art academy. This chapter forms the dimensionality of curriculum resource integrity on aspects o f knowledge, experience and value, and lists the basic laws for curriculum resource integrity, and establishes the curriculum resource integrity mechanism, and forms the curriculum resource integrity strategy, and extends the mode and implementation procedures for curriculum resource integrity. The six aspects form the whole system of regional cultural curriculum resource integrity.Part Six, the curriculum resource integrity practice exploration based on Shandong traditional art inheritance. Taking Shandong College of Arts as the research object, and starting form the background analysis of curriculum resource integrity, it takes the Shandong folk dancing curriculum resource integrity and development of Dancing College as the practice case, and takes the data and experience obtained from empirical study such as questionnaire survey and profound interview as the basis, to integrate the three major Shandong Yangko in Shandong traditional art into curriculum resource, to conduct step-by-step analysis to the integrity process, integrity result, curriculum implementation result and reflection of the curriculum resource.Part Seven, the curriculum resource integrity suggestion based on regional cultural supply. This chapter perfects the curriculum resource integrit y in art academy under regional cultural supply on aspects of establishing the regional cultural consciousness of curriculum resource integrity, the construction of the security system of regional cultural curriculum resource integrity in art academy and the construction of the multi-agents supported system of regional cultural curriculum resource integrity.Part Eight, conclusion. It reviews the process of the research, and gives the research conclusion. At the same time, it summarizes the inadequacy of this research, and conducts outlook to the research of the next step.The curriculum resource integrity in regional cultural supply is the important topic to be researched and solved by art academy; it is the topic with historical significance and practical care; it is also the difficult topic with numerous theoretical difficulties and language obstacles. This paper abstracts and integrates the elements in regional culture which can be taken as the curriculum resource, to make the two parties supplement each other. At the same time of curriculum resource inheritance and regional culture development, it promotes the cultural connotation of the curriculum resource in art academy. It guides students to understand the cultural features of this region and find out the cultural sense of belonging, to expand art view, improve professional ability, increase cultural connotation, enrich humanistic quality and motivate patriotism enthusiasm. It provides the students in art academy with the spiritual pillar for comprehensive development.
