Revelation On The History Of Our Country Enterprise Education To Learning Enterprises

With the arrivaling of the new century ,the economy, politics, culture and other aspects of world have changed in many great fields. The development organization and innovation have become one of the hot topics. How to treat on this challenge and keep exuberant vitality is the problemhe by enterprise managers. Based on such opportunities and challenges, learning organization theory may improve on competiting of enterprises, shaping corporate image and promoting employee development strength. However, whether theory or practice in the current level, the guarantec development expectations and the reality exists the big difference. It make the author have to think that whether entities "should attach importance but to neglect of the field."between people studying in the work place at present.Based on the theory of the learning organization, life-long education theory and the human capital theory is the foundation on this paper.
