As the content carrier of history course,history textbooks are the basis for teachers to teach historical knowledge and one of the important reading materials for students to study history.In this paper,new south wales,Australia high school history textbook "ancient history" for text analysis,focusing on new south wales,Australia in the sixth period of middle school history textbooks compiled research.At the same time the author from the perspective of text analysis,to analyze the ancient history textbook writing way,summarizes its characteristics,as China's middle school history textbooks written to provide some enlightenment.The article consists of four parts:The first part introduces the overview of education in Australian history.This paper mainly introduces the setting of Australian history curriculum and the curriculum standard of ancient history in the sixth section of NSW.Starting with the English text of the curriculum standard of the ancient history of new south wales,the course standard has been translated and explained comprehensively.The second part is the structure and content introduction and case analysis of the textbook of ancient history.Mainly analyzed the structure of the ancient history textbooks and the content system,and the corresponding project applied to the chart,historical data drawn form,makes the structure and content of the be clear at a glance.This paper analyzes the content and chapter structure of the textbook of ancient history in a single chapter.The third part is the characteristic analysis of the textbook of ancient history.After analyzing the structure form and content system and main cases of this book,the author analyzes the characteristics of this book.The compilation of the textbook of ancient history mainly has the following characteristics:the learning content is comprehensive,and it pays attention to the cultivation of students' multi-angle understanding of history;Use a variety of historical materials to cultivate students' historical inquiry ability;The teaching material resources form is diverse,make full use of network resources.The fourth part is about the history textbook of Australian high school.Based on the analysis of the book,the author draws the following inspirations:First of all,we should attach importance to the cultivation of students' multicultural view.Secondly,it attaches importance to the cultivation of students' historical inquiry ability.Finally,the development of network teaching resources isemphasized.
