Since 1980s, teacher professionalization has become the trend of the world teacher development, as well as the only way to push the development of teacher and education. In 1998, The International Symposium on Teacher Education in the 21st Century was held in Beijing also proposed explicitly that teacher's professionalization is the core of recent teacher education reform. However, the present teacher's professionalization in China is not optimistic,the problems existed in the teacher education as a link in the pre-service education.Teaching practice, a part in the system of training normal university students, is an important part in the teaching plan's of normal universities, which has been regarded as the link between theory and practice.The apprentice practice operation, as one of results in the teacher education reform, has developed into the major mode for teaching practice of normal university students at present. Students experiencing the apprentice practice will carry out all the duties of his or her displaced teacher and have more opportunities to take part in teaching activities, which is distinctive from the traditional. The project of"National training plan on normal student post practice to replace teacher"will be undertook by Jiangxi normal University in 2010. It is also the first activity in a big way in Jiangxi province.From the above mention, this essay tells national post practice process history and overseas general education by documents and investigates these students in Jiangxi Normal University through the questionnaire and interview. The aim is to understand the working practice in promotion of interns on the effectiveness of professional development from the change before and after practice and put forward ideas for further improvement through the reflection in practice.This essay is divided into five chapters: Chapter 1, introduction refers to the reason of choosing topic, research situation, significance, content, targets and method home and abroad. Chapter 2 is an overview of the definition and relevant issues like how to define education intern, post practice and normal students'professional development and so on. It also analyzes all the required qualities and describes the post practice on the impact of normal students'professional development. Chapter 3 introduces the history of teaching practice .In Chapter 4, individual case survey render us to know the actual effects in the professional development of normal students. In the last chapter, it elaborates the strategy of improving post practice and normal students'professional development from four aspects that are training proposal of Jiangxi Normal University, organizational management, school internship and educational internship.
