As a symbol of the "normal nature" of normal education,educational practice is the key to improve the practical ability of normal students,an indispensable teaching link to realize the cultivation of normal students,and an important force to promote the reform of teacher education.As a special mode of educational practice,post practice plays a bridge and link role in the establishment of a new teacher education system which is open and orderly,up-down convergence,training and training integration,and is an effective platform for basic education.In recent years,with the large-scale deepening of post practice in China,there are some practical problems to be solved.This study mainly adopts the literature method,historical research method,questionnaire survey method and case study method.Taking the post practice reform of Hebei Normal University as a case,this paper analyzes its 15 year development process,conducts an empirical survey with questionnaire method,analyzes the problems existing in the process of post practice of Hebei Normal University at the present stage,and puts forward some suggestions for further improvement In order to provide reference for the reform of post practice in Local Normal Universities in China.The text is divided into seven parts: the first part,introduction.It includes the problem,research significance,domestic and foreign research review,concept definition,theoretical basis,research ideas and methods.The second part,the basic situation of the Local Normal University internship.This paper collects relevant literature,analyzes the background and development process of post practice in local normal universities,and divides the reform process of post practice in Hebei Normal University according to the background of the times.The third part to the sixth part,respectively from the system construction,teacher guidance,quality improvement,evaluation and assessment of four aspects,discusses the reform and efforts of Hebei Normal University in the process of internship,which has a certain significance for enriching the practice of internship.The seventh part,the overall evaluation of Hebei Normal University internship reform.This paper summarizes the achievements of post practice reform in Hebei Normal University,as well as the problems existing in the post practice,and puts forward the development strategies for further improving the post practice.
