| Since the 1980 s,the research on teacher professional development has been an important category of educational research,and the research results are quite rich.In terms of teacher professional development,research on the group of internship instructors is still relatively sparse,especially for teachers who serve as internship instructors in kindergartens.This research mainly adopts the method of questionnaire survey,supplemented by observation method and interview method,and takes 162 teachers from 6provincial standard demonstration kindergartens in Zhangjiakou City as the questionnaire survey object of this research.The current situation,discuss the problems existing in the instructors,analyze the differences between the internship instructors,and then put forward corresponding countermeasures from the teachers themselves and the school.In the research process,in order to understand the professional concept,knowledge,ability,independent development and behavior of practice instructors in the guidance process,12 instructors were selected from 162 practice instructors participating in the questionnaire for random interview and semi-structured interview.Four instructors of different teaching ages were selected from 12 interviewees for observation for three months,and a total of 83 effective guidance events were obtained.The statistical results of the questionnaire show that there is no significant difference in the professional development of practice instructors in terms of teachers’ professional title,educational background,professional background and practice guidance experience,but there are significant differences in different teaching ages,especially 0-3 years and 7-10 years.Through the collected data,it is found that the main problems of internship instructors are: Kindergarten assigns internship instructors at will;instructors have weak professional knowledge and shallow instruction content;instructors lack research ability,and communication skills need to be strengthened;instructors lack Self-planning and developing awareness;instructors have heavy tasks and work pressure.Therefore,in response to the above problems in the professional development of internship instructors,the researchers put forward the following suggestions from the two levels of teachers and schools: First,strengthen the initiative of internship instructors’ professional development,strengthen the learning of instructors’ theoretical knowledge,and improve the Instruct teachers’ research ability,clarify goals,and actively plan professional development;secondly,schools should attach importance to the professional development of internship instructors,strengthen training to improve teachers’ professional ability,scientifically arrange the workload of instructors,and formulate incentive measures for guidance work. |
