Research On Survival State Of Basic Level Administrative Staff

In recent years, as an important part of higher education, independent colleges is developing rapidly, and be bound to take part in the market competition in the field of higher education, so in the context of this, independent colleges must enhance its own image and optimize their own strength. The grassroots administrative personnel as grass-roots management of independent colleges, the importance is evidence.However, as the development of higher education and new demands of specialization of management, the grassroots administrative personnel is facing to enhance academic degrees, job promotion, family life and psychological pressure etc., their living condition is not optimistic.In this paper, take BF independent college for example, through interviews and questionnaires to understand the grassroots administrative personnel in the grassroots work, study, living, mental health, physical health status, etc., to find out the problem exist in the survival state of the grassroots administrative personnel of independent colleges problems and the reasons for these problems were analyzed.The first chapter tells the purpose and significance of the study were set out, and the basic questions, research ideas put forward too in this part of the paper.The second chapter is the definition and analysis of administrative staff of independent college concepts and theories of summary and introduction.The third chapter is interviews and questionnaires. Based on the right of the grassroots administrative personnel in grassroots working, living, learning, physical health, mental health aspects, revealed the grassroots of the state of survival. The grassroots administrative personnel generally feel that the work load and work pressure too great. They also face to upgrading degree in education, the conflict between work and study, training, education and so on.The fourth chapter analyses the problems and the reasons of survival state of the grassroots administrative personnel. From the survey results, these problems have resulted from various reasons, including the management of the schools, grassroots administrative personnel itself.The fifth chapter is the strategy to the problem of the survival state. first of all, the colleges should strengthen the administrative staff of the human primary concern; Secondly, it can improve management, enhance the management level; thirdly, work to establish realistic goals and objectives, and guide rational expectations; Finally, by improving leadership, management level, communication and understanding to change the survival state of the grassroots administrative personnel. To the individual himself, he must change the unfavorable situation of survival through variety of ways as follows:face reality, know himself well; study hard, improve personal qualities; strengthen the ability.The sixth chapter is the conclusion of the article.
