Research On The Physical Education Teaching Present Situation Of Girl Students In Beijing Industry And Trade Technician College

As a physical education teacher of secondary vocational school, I found that society,family and school have looked down on the girl students' physical education in my research and work. Traditionally, most teachers took the way of"boy and girl in a class", only tought some sports technology, ignored girls' characteristic in physiology and psychology, and the vocational requisition, as well as popular tendency about sport, As a result, most girls studied negatively, physical education quality was influenced. In order to solve these problems utterly, and adapt need of modern education development, I looked up large quantity documentation, comprehend the present research conditions on girls' physical education in our country in detail,studied interrelated theory. On the base, I investigated 100 girls in 3 branch campuses of Beijing industry and trade technician college through questionnaire, that involved 20 problems, for example,"Are you interested in sport?","Do you love physical education?","Which teaching material contents do you like?", and so on; besides, processed and analyzed the investigation consequence that used the way of mathematics statistics. At the same time , according to the present physical education conditions in our college and internal vocational school, analyzed 6 reaseaons that influenced our colleges' physical education quality, they were: characters in physiology and psychology,teachers' accomplishment,teaching material contents,teaching environment,traditional idea,society and family。Soon afterwards,expounded the concept and importance about"study interest", and how to develop girls' study interest and enthusiasm of participating in sport, from 3 aspects: strengthen thought education, rectify study motive,make good ambience. In the end,I put forward suggestions of improving physical education quality in our college: Firstly, by improving teachers' culture accomplishments and comprehensive quality, and getting ready for every lesson seriously, to improve teaching ability and level; Secondly, by perfecting teaching rules and system, allowing students taking part in formulating teaching objective, training the girls' strong will, being good at adjusting students' emotions, setting up good relation between teachers and students, to make harmonious teaching environments;Thirdly, by increasing rich and interesting warm-up,teaching contents of according with girls' character,sports game and match,proper physical constitution exercise,teaching contents of according with every season's character, to arrange teaching contents in scientific and reasonably; Fourthly, by wielding the following teaching way that providing accurate explanation and graceful example, taking diverse teaching form of organization, innovating teaching way, arranging exercise load reasonably, taking effect among students, paying attention to use different way in connection with different students, arranging relaxed and pleasant exercise in the last part, taking the way of"boy and girl in different class", to improve teaching effect。...
