Many projects are carried out in outdoor sports, it hasbrought a lot of trouble to the changchun winter physical education. How in the cold wintercan ensure that students have a P.E. class, namely, have the chance to exercise, and canachieve sports teaching goal, complete the teaching mission of quality, is a problem to besolved at present.This paper USES the questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis,literature, etc., randomly selected from changchun city5key middle and5not a key juniorhigh school of600female students and40first-line physical education teachers to conductquestionnaire survey and the exchange, and consult to the relevant aspects of the sportsexperts.
