Objective: Through monitor the physiological state and pre-race competition effectiveness in different environment altitude training (HiHi, HiLo, HiLo with a Normobaric Hypoxic Tabernacle) over all classes of male and female elite rowers in Chinese National Rowing Team at Beijing Olympic Games Period, analysis the features of all classes elite athletes physiological changes in different environment and so that serving theoretical foundation for preparation the London Olympic Games.Methods: All the 18 Chinese National Rowing Team athletes who take part in the different environment altitude training in 2008 Olympic Period. Systematic monitoring the athletes'physiological state over different altitude training by classes, and analyze it with the testing results.Results and Conclusion: 1. Over the different environment altitude training, the average of the heart rate in the morning of the light-weight women rower's are lower than open-weight. The heart rate of the morning can reflect the athletes physiological state.2. During the different environment altitude training, the lean body mass of female rowers of all classes decreased but not significantly.3. During the different environment altitude training, the average of Hb mass of the light-weight women rower's are lower than open-weight. Through the natural environment HiLo, the peak of the Hb mass is found more early. And after 1 week of the natural environment HiLo, you will find the Hb increase.4. The Hct is increasing , after the natural environment HiLo. But after the artificial environment HiLo, the Hct remain unchanged or to decline.5. Lactate threshold power research shows us that HiHi and HiLo can improve the capacity of the aerobics of the athletes effectively.6. After the different environment altitude training, lactate threshold power can usable reflection specific ergometer testing results.
