Baotou No.1 middle school female volleyball team got a second in the world middle-school students volleyball tournament ended in March, 2010, which is their best historical result; the Baotou Steel Corporation No.5 middle school became a training base of reserve talented volleyball players of Tianjin Industrial University in 2009. If a kind of sport items wants to develop in the campus, the enthusiasms of the government, the school and other social organizations must be aroused to combine superior resources. In this sense, Baotou No.1 middle school female volleyball team has provided a sample for"combining physical training with education", and the entire campus volleyball training in Baotou is an positive explore and beneficial attempt in promoting the development of school sports. Enough training time and facilities can make daily training carried on smoothly, and the training effect can be guaranteed.5, The motivations of these students are clear, their training and the study do not conflict and affect mutually. The students are such athletes who are both depending on study and training at the same time. Their training results are prominent, and the main outlets are top universities and sports colleges.6, The age of trainers and their diploma structure are quite reasonable. They have rich training experience, can earn excellent salary correspondingly, and the management by supervision is strict. All of these arouse the high enthusiasms of the trainers; therefore the training level improves year by year.
