| In order to fully implement the party’s education policy,conscientiously implement the guiding ideology of "health first",further promote the sustainable and healthy development of school work,and enhance the enthusiasm of students to participate in sports activities,the National Hundreds of Students Sunshine Sports Leading Group Office decided to be nationwide.The promotion of youth qi volleyball promotion activities has provided instructions and guidance for the development of volleyball sports on campus.It also marks that volleyball will be officially entered the national campus as part of Sunshine Sports.In physical education,the degree of love a student has for a project depends on the size of the interest.Volleyball is one of the three major balls in the campus,but it is far less popular than basketball and football.The reasons for volleyball are higher in technology and competitive,and it is difficult for students to obtain a successful experience,which leads to a great interest in learning.And it is easy to get hurt during exercise,which makes students psychologically fearful and is not conducive to the development of teaching activities.Gas volleyball is the "softening" of volleyball.It is the revival of the original intention of volleyball.With its unique charm,it quickly entered people’s attention.It is soft in texture,does not hurt your fingers or cause damage to the participants’ body.It is easy to learn and fun,so that people without volleyball can quickly integrate into it.The emergence of gas volleyball solves these problems in hard volleyball.Based on the above reasons,I propose to use gas volleyball and hard volleyball to conduct teaching experiments,to explore the impact of the two on junior high school students’ volleyball skills,to find out more effective volleyball teaching methods and methods,and to provide a certain amount of gas volleyball in the junior high school.Theoretical and practical basis.This paper takes the teaching effect of gas volleyball in junior high school physical education as the research object.All the students in the 7th grade of the secondary school affiliated to Shandong University were randomly selected as experimental subjects and randomly divided into experimental and control classes.This paper adopts research methods such as literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,interview method and teaching experiment method.Through the experimental research,all the test results of the students’ physical quality,subjective exercise experience and volleyball skills are statistically compiled.The results are analyzed as follows:(1)Physical quality: There is no significant difference in the physical quality between the experimental class and the control class,indicating that the air volleyball sports have no significant influence on the physical quality of students in junior high school physical education.(2)Subjective exercise experience: There are significant differences between the experimental and control classes in the indicators of positive happiness and psychological annoyance,and there is no significant difference in the fatigue index.It shows that gas volleyball is beneficial to improve students’ positive happiness,reduce students’ psychological troubles,and has no significant impact on students’ fatigue.(3)Volleyball skills: There are significant differences in the number of self-imposed balls and self-passing balls between the experimental class and the control class.There is no significant difference in the technical actions of the self-imposed ball and the self-passing ball.It is indicated that the gas volleyball exercise is beneficial to improve the number of students’ self-imposed and self-passing balls,but has no significant influence on the technical movements of students’ self-imposed balls and self-passing balls.Experimental results : Applying gas volleyball to junior high school physical education has certain superiority and scientificity,which is conducive to improving students’ positive happiness,reducing students’ psychological troubles,and improving the number of students’ self-imposed and self-passing balls.Suggestions: In the junior high school,the curriculum related to gas volleyballwill be opened to enrich the content of the school physical education curriculum.Purchase gas volleyball equipment to meet the needs of teaching and students.Train volleyball teachers to improve the professional level of teachers.In the teaching process,a combination of gas volleyball and hard volleyball is adopted,and a personalized volleyball exercise program is formulated. |
