Training Mode And Optimizing Strategy Of Volleyball Grade Referees In Sports Colleges And Universities In China

At the Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games,the Chinese women’s volleyball girls broke through in adversity and finally won the Olympic championship of women’s volleyball.It was 12 years later that the women’s volleyball team again stood at the top of the world.The way to win the championship is extremely difficult.The fighting spirit of women’s volleyball girls has set off a trend of learning the spirit of women’s volleyball in China.The attention of domestic volleyball leagues has been increasing.In such a good form,the standardization and fairness of volleyball leagues are particularly important.As an important part of volleyball competitions,the quality of referees directly affects the fairness,fluency and results of a match.In the new era,with the rapid development of volleyball,it is indispensable to build an efficient and fair referee team in order to attract the attention of the audience and maintain the characteristics of volleyball itself in the market economic system.In the teaching syllabus of volleyball specialty of Physical Education Specialty in Colleges and universities,it is clearly pointed out that students are required to master the rules of volleyball competition,have the ability to referee grass-roots volleyball matches,and assess the referee grade of students.The training of Volleyball Referees is an important part of volleyball teaching.The training of Volleyball Referees is a theoretical course,which contains a lot of knowledge about volleyball and volleyball matches.It is also a technical course.It requires students to have good on-the-spot judging ability,mastery of matches and arrangement ability of matches.The training of Volleyball Referees is helpful to the standardization of students’ volleyball technical movements and the improvement of their competitive level.Physical education students have always been the main force in the cause of education.In the professional education of physical education in our country,the major bears the burden of training physical education teachers at all levels.It is necessary to explore the training of Volleyball Referees in physical education students of physical education colleges and universities in our country.In 2014,the state will upgrade the overall fitness into a national strategy,mass sports in China has been widely developed.At the present stage,mass sports,community sports and sports activities within enterprises are developing vigorously.Volleyball is becoming more and more popular because of its diverse forms,strong teamwork and interesting.Volleyball competitions are carried out in many places,among which "six-person" hard volleyball and "five-person" balloon volleyball are the most widely developed.The demand for Volleyball Referees is increasing in society.As a reserve force of sports industry,sports colleges and universities should provide specialized talents for the development of sports.Based on the above,this study adopts the methods of documentation,questionnaire,expert interviews,comparative analysis and other research methods to investigate the training mode of volleyball grade referees in six sports colleges of Beijing University of Physical Education,Shanghai Institute of Physical Education,Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,Chengdu Institute of Physical Education,Shenyang Institute of Physical Education and Xi’an Institute of Physical Education.From the aspects of training objectives,class hours arrangement,training process,assessment forms and promotion requirements,this paper understands the development of each school,finds out the problems and shortcomings existing in the training,puts forward some effective suggestions for improvement according to the actual situation,and provides a practical reference for the reform of the training mode of physical education talents in China.
