2009, China launched a full-time professional degree education, education of postgraduates classified cultivation, optimize degree structures in the same year, sports colleges and also the first enroll full-time sports master major degree graduate students. By 2010, sports colleges and has enrolled two-time full-time sports master, but sports colleges and master of full-time work to cultivate sports is still at the constant development and exploration, master of full-time sports training problems specially research compare deficient, go against professional degrees quality of graduate student training in ascension. This study using literature, questionnaire, interview method to sports colleges and the cultivation of full-time sports master status of research, and its basic purpose is to find a full-time sports master program with the existing problems, and puts forward Suggestions to solve the problem, promote the sports colleges and full-time sports master program the improvement of quality. The results of the study indicate that:1. Sports colleges and master degree of full-time sports to develop education to cultivate specialized talents for high-level, target, accord with state guidance training program requirements;In the sports colleges and compared with 72.7% 2 years as a full-time sports master cultivation term;Full-time sports in PE professional master of fresh graduates is given priority to, students are lack of experience and professional background, and increases the difficulty of the master of training full-time sports.2. Sports colleges and full-time sports edam course design proficient, professional fields including three parts of core classes and elective courses, in which the teaching, professional field core courses of convergence, and quantity of categories set in categories and quantity is elective courses greater difference between setting. Students on the curriculum evaluation are generally not high,34.0% students think course applied not strong, the students think course 51.8% cannot satisfy the profession demands, the advanced difference teaching content, teaching methods single is the common problem. Students reflect3. Nearly a quarter of a sports colleges and the full-time sports master no special class, not a professional sports colleges for full-time sports master alone open special classes. The master think special methods sports lesson content is equal theory with practice, not highlight the cultivation of full-time sports master requirements and characteristics.4.
