Analysis Of The Problems In The Writing Process Of The Full-time Sports Master Degree Thesis

With the development of social economy and the continuous specification of social division of labor in society,the demanding to the all kinds of social talented person is gradually increasing.In the aspect of our field on sports,high level talents can not meet the demanding of the prominent sports phenomenon,so the Chinese Ministry of education is concerning about the problems and the countermeasures of cultivation on Sports Postgraduates.With the guidance of the policy designed by the master degree on sports,the scale of the graduate is enlarging and the number of it is still increasing.To some degree,although it can meet the needs of social development to the high-level sports talents,the creasing number and the deficient training system still to challenge the training quality of the master of physical education.The academic dissertation is the sign of students' academic achievement and the main evaluation training quality.This study through the method which are literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,interview method,logic analysis and other research methods,researching and analyzing the problem which appears in the grade of 2015 Capital Institute of Physical Education full-time Sports Master graduate thesis writing.From the basic situation of sports graduate students selection,curriculum,writing time,practice and the guidance of teachers,self cognition and ability and much more aspects to analysis the factors which will influence full-time sports graduate students' writing and offering the reasonable suggestions,mean to provide the reference to the graduate thesis work,the training of the graduate student and the development of the full-time professional sports master graduate student.We can draw the conclusion by survey and analyze the study which are:(1)Capital Institute of Physical Education full-time sports master do not pay enough attention to the writing,and the writing enthusiasm is not high.(2)Self-academic level is not high.(3)The topics and their professional direction are deviate.(4)The writing time is short.(5)The communication between teacher and students is little,it is almost helpless that the guidance from the teacher outside of the school.(6)Professional degree curriculum is not perfect,the pertinence of school curriculum is not enough and the degree of course satisfaction is not high.The following suggestions are given to graduate students,teachers and schools:To the degree of graduate level:(1)To fully understanding the importance of dissertation.(2)Strengthen their own learning enthusiasm actively.(3)Taking part in all kinds of academic activities actively to enrich the theory of knowledge.(4)Arranging your time reasonably.(5)Discussing the development of writing plan with your mentor actively.To the degree of tutor level:(1)Teachers should communicate with graduate students regularly.(2)Setting up a two-way communication mechanism between internal and external tutors.(3)Encouraging graduate students to participate in various research projectsTo the degree of school level:(1)Highlight the practical and targeted of the curriculum.(2)Improving the incentive mechanism to encourage more specialized master graduate students change exercise training,physical education,social sports guidance practice into the research achievement.(3)Strengthening the regular supervision of the teachers to guide the work.(4)Encouraging to present the thesis in various form.(5)Extending the period of Sports Postgraduates to study for 3 years.
