For a long time, the primary Chinese education in China has still used to Exam-oriented education and elite education because all sorts of reasons. In order to pursue high grades and deal with various test research, schools are in a strange circle of setting questions, doing questions, examining and setting, doing questions again every day, which cause students have strong test capabilities and do bad in practical Chinese learning ability and Chinese accomplishment, the weary emotion of learning of students is strong and keeps getting stronger and stronger. Facing the increasingly incentive competition of society, parents pin all their hope on students, have a crush on various remedial classes, but don't understand the real reason that students are time-consuming, the energy and money they spent is very large but can not back to the students for good results. Students greatly depend upon teachers, and their study has never been able to get rid of teacher this stick, so the students who are high scores and low abilities can be found everywhere. The relationship between parents, teachers and students are care and being cared, educate and being educated, and completely doesn't have equal and harmonious atmosphere. In this state, the relationship between students and parents, teachers are intense, and even some are hostile. The time that pupils stay in school in our country is located in the top of most countries around the world, and the weight of school bags is also the top of the world, however students' innovation and imagination are reciprocal, there even has appeared that the students only can study but cannot do anything else. With the knowledge update faster and faster, the students that only can reception learning and passive learning must be eliminated by competition. If you want to meet the various challenges, victory in the competition, you must be good at learning and be established in cultivate the learning ability of students.Currently, the learning habit of pupils are bad, learning objectives is low and lack of initiative in learning; Teachers' teaching cannot break away from the shackles of teaching materials, lack of knowledge integration, classroom efficiency is not high, and lack of effectiveness in school assignment; The teachers cannot treat equally without discrimination to students; Parents only emphasize the scores of students, pay attention to exam-oriented education, but ignore the cultivation of students' learning interest and learning ability. All these are the main reason that affecting the development of Chinese learning ability of pupils. Through the questionnaire survey to the present situation of Chinese learning of pupils, Chinese classroom teaching and good teachers in the eyes of students and the research on the reason that causing the poor Chinese learning ability of pupils, the author has got the conclusion that the cultivation of the Chinese learning ability of pupils should be carried on from the following aspects:Firstly, change parents' education concepts, turn the emphasis on the scores to the cultivation of students' ability and habit; Reposition the role of teachers, reposition the traditional role of teachers from the teacher to transmit wisdom, impart knowledge and solve doubts to the constructor of knowledge, the supporter of students, teacher of pan-wisdom, director behind the scenes and psychologist. Secondly, research the cultivation principles of the Chinese learning ability of pupils, and establish the principles of scientific, teaching students according to their aptitude, step by step, motivational and combining both in and after the class. Thirdly, clear the training steps of the Chinese learning ability of pupils:Clear learning objectives, set up the students' self-confidence and cultivate students' the good habit of optimistic upward, independent thinking and preview and reading. Finally, impart the conventional ways of learning aiming at the age characteristics of pupils and the discipline characteristics of Chinese:Classification memory method, short-term memory method, pocket memory method, table memory method, wrong topic memory method and associative memory method.
