The fitness consciousness, fitness requirements, fitness activities of people have improved and developed greatly with the promulgation of "National Fitness Program", and people gradually consider the pursuance of healthy lifestyle as important part in life. Leisure sports win many fitness enthusiasts' favor for its popularization and carrying out easy. In recent years, with the development of fitness craze, various kinds of improved sporting event have emerged in endlessly in people's life, and foreign leisure sports are even introduced. Linedance is a new leisure sport in China in recent years, it is easy to learn and full of exotic sentiment, therefore it has attracted many fitness enthusiasts. At present,22 provinces, more than 50 cities and 3,000,000 people take part in linedance in the whole country. These years, some place has hold successfully linedance competition-in institution and city, greatly popularize linedance to more people. This development trend illustrates linedance is a sport wtich has great potential.This article researched specific promotion model of Beijing and Shanghai which popularized linedance importantly by many research methods such as literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics, theoretical analysis. We also researched linedance popularization and development of Guangxi (Nanning, Liuzhou, Guilin), and learn more about linedance specific popularization, current situation, problems in Guangxi. Summarizes advanced experience in the promotion, Propose a solution in view of the existence question, And provide a theoretical basis for the promotion and guidance to the line dance. Research results show that:1. Line dance is an new leisure sports with fitness values, health value and social value of heart; The line dance characteristics are Variety of dance styles, repeat the action which according to the particular laws,fit for a variety of people, in the form of a flexible and highly performing.2. The campaign of line dance is still at the initial stage in Guangxi, Liuzhou line dance better. The investigation informs:The participant was frequently in woman of middle and young age, Most of them are personnel who working in enterprises and institutions. Linedance fancier may take part in practice for unit organized, The developing of line dance arenot enough. Majority of line dance participant take part in practice for cope with compete, Disadvantage in line dance the permanent develop down.3. The campaign of line dance has quite much troubles in Guangxi,First of all, The campaign of leisure sport are lagged.
