How to let students learn their knowledge and skilledness as soon as possible? How to let students take pleasure in learning? This problem has been continuously studied by educational experts of ages. For more than a decade, more and more educational experts have paid attention to this research,especially after the new curriculum reform of elementary and secondary school. In our opinion, participatory learning is an effective form to implement new curriculum. It is the request of curriculum reform of fundamental education. It plays an important part in enhancing students learning efficiency, increasing students learning interest and cultivating students comprehensive quality.This article consists of five parts:Part one is the research motivation of the paper. The way is how to achieve educational aim. In the past, traditional teaching only laid emphasis on knowledge aim.Undoubtedly,cramming method of teaching is the best method to achieve the aim at short notice,but this teaching method snagged lots of disadvantages. The new curriculum reformation emerges as the times require, there are six changes in reformation aim,it is clear that our country wants to change traditional teaching way eagerly. Compare to plenty of teaching methods, I think participatory learning is one of the most effective ways.Part two is the theoretical principle of the study, I collect lots of document literature,such as education for all-round development, the new curriculum reformation, pedagogics, the method of education and participatory learning.Combine my analysis,obtain the definition of participatory learning,defined the Research Scope and summarize theoretical principle of participatory learning at the same time.Part three is the practical research of participatory learning of biology in middle school.According to my teaching experience,I have summarized the executive forms,deliverable principle of participatory learning,and disposed the role relationship and established the evaluation system.I have enumerated the executive forms generally and described the advantages and disadvantages and sphere of application of participatory learning detailedly.Moreover,I have recorded two teaching cases at attached to Guangxi Normal University detailedly. The two teaching cases include two aspects, the first one that describes the form of participatory learning,the second one that describes the evaluation of participatory learning. During the course of my practice, I have recorded teachers and students' activities detailedly and commented their participatory activities,analyzed the relations between their activities and participatory learning.Part four is the experimental study of this paper, including back method of research,action research,observational method,statistical method.The object of study which includes all teachers and students at attached to Guangxi Normal University.Moreover, I have cramped out two classes of Senior Two which are the object of study my research.Before my experiment,the two classes are on par with each other.The two classes are experimental group and control group.The study continues one year,during this year,I have contrasted and analyzed many-sided targets.Part five is the conclusion and reflection of the study, including four sections.In the first section, participatory learning is one of the best effective learning forms of the new curriculum reform. In the second section, it describes students emotion participation is more important than action participation. In the third section, it establishes the evaluation of teachers' system of participatory learning. In the fourth section, it sounds the evaluation of students' system of participatory learning and it is necessary to make more widespread. Finally, it proposes the problem that hasn't been resolved and it provides possible solution.
