With the development of curriculum reform, high school biology students are actively involved in advocacy, willing to explore, diligent hands-on classroom teaching."High school biology curriculum standards" clearly calls that gradually develop students’ ability to collect and process scientific information, to acquire new knowledge capacity, to think critically, to analyze and solve problem, to exchange and cooperate by inquiry learning, trying to promote changes. Use this method to guide students to participate actively in the inquiry process, diligent hands and brains, and focus on cultivating innovative spirit and practical ability. In this context, participatory teaching encourages students to participate in classroom interaction and think to create a free atmosphere in the classroom so that motivating students’ divergent thinking and help them achieve the learning ability of acquisition and foster creative thinking.The so-called participatory teaching refers that teachers and students give full play to the initiative and actively communicate and interact, to cognitive resonance, a blend of thinking, emotional resonance in the democratic, egalitarian atmosphere of teaching and it is a way that the completion of the teaching objectives and educational practice focus on the process of knowledge generation and problem solving. This teaching method is mainly based on taking efforts to create a democratic learning activities with student participating in behavioral characteristics and teachers、students and other education-related personnel stimulating students’ interest to learn, to meet the needs of the overall development of students’ individual needs and human development in equal and harmonious classroom atmosphere so that students behave actively thinking, emotion and find out the pleasure of learning process. Different students with different existing level of knowledge have to learn and actively participate in the development of the initiative to get a chance to experience their own teaching methods.In this paper, analyzes and demonstrates the basis and possibility of application of participatory teaching high school biology teaching and necessity and significance of participatory teaching of high school biology teaching by starting from requirements of the basic education curriculum reform goals and college entrance test capabilities and practical problems that exist in current high school biology teachings. Under the background of elated teaching theories and principles, we analyze actual problems and get more useful experience and results by the material of the case teaching high school biology teaching applied participatory research to practice teaching system. The participatory teaching research is in the following paper. Hope to have a certain reference value for first-line teachers to get these meaningful research results.
