The most precious of the Human is life. The world without life is incomplete world. In recent years, the phenomenon which ignore the life such as university studenst' committing suicide, hurting one's feeling and animals, etc. are seen in the end of the newspaper again and again. At the same time, the phenomenon which university students indulge in excessive pursuit of material and waste the life is also quite a few. These phenomenon have aroused a high degree of concern about the life education of university students. At present, the life education in China has setting sail, especially the middle and primary school life education have made some achievements, but the pity is that university students' life education have not yet received enough attention. Contemporary university students are very precious resources, bearing the school, family and social's infinite expectations. Therefore, life education among university students, helping them develop healthy growth, have a more significant and profound significance. This article bases on this starting point, through the interpretation of the meaning of life education at home and abroad, borrowing its experience, analyzing the important value of life education of contemporary university students, constructing the main content, exploring the possible path of life education of contemporary university students, in order to provide meaningful reference on theory and practice which university students'life education.The full text is divided into four parts:the first part is under the Chinese and foreign comparison angle of view the life education explanation. From the analysis of existing life education's connotation and practice at home and abroad, summarizes the life education's connotation and practice of contemporary university students experience. The second part is the analysis of the value of life education of contemporary university students. From the students themselves, college, family and society four angles, explains the importance of life education on contemporary university students. The third part is the main content of life education of contemporary university students. The education from the life consciousness education, the life relation education, the life development education, the life value education and the sense of hardship education five aspects to construct, to better guide the life education for university students' practice activities. The fourth part is the practical path of life education of contemporary university students. First, build life-emphasized classroom, and enrich the forms that university students' life education; Second, construct the colorful campus culture, and create the good atmosphere that university students' life education.Third, strengthen university students' social practice, and promote personally experience that university student's life education; Fourth, pay attention to the psychological health education, and solve the puzzled problem of the psychology; Fifth, pay attention to the function with joint efforts of the school, family and society, building three-dimensional the associated effect of life education environment to guide university students to love life, cherish life, realize the value of life.
