We has just started the research of life education in our country. All kinds of theories and viewpoints are in a hundred schools of thought contending state. There is no definite theory about life education connotation and theory system. The theoretical circles discuss less on university life education. The thesis tries to learn from foreign experience in the practice of life education, to analyze undergraduates and the realistic situation of higher education, to put forward the main elements of university life education, to explore the feasibility implementation path of university life education. With a view to the university life education, it's significant for the theory and practice research.The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is the life education outline, including expounding life education's conception and characteristics, explaining life education's connotation, analyzing life education's development process and realistic situation. The second part is on university life education's reality demands. Raising university life education is an imperative demand. It is not only changes the education to ignore the biological phenomena the urgent need, but also solves the university student life puzzled urgent need. The third part is on the content construction of university life education. It contains three aspects, that is, life consciousness cultivating, life mind cultivating and survival ability steeling. Meanwhile, the specific contents of these three aspects are analyzed in detail. The fourth part is on university life education's paths choosing. There are five choosing paths in raising university life education development:constructing the"People-oriented"educational sense and promoting the development of life education active; cultivating teacher's life consciousness and stimulating teacher's feelings love and care; offering life education course and strenthening other major courses'penetrating; learning through life, riching survival feeling and fostering life emotion in practice activity; setting up the life education environment of loving life.
