Cooperative learning was a creative and effective teaching, which became popular in America. It was systematic studied by many scholars in china in 1990s. Fruitful outcomes after numerous studies and experiments were achieved. Be combing the literature in recent years, there were many differences in the understanding of cooperative learning. Besides, many studies are limited to theoretical level and fewer studies on definite implementation method, teaching pattern and evaluation. Especially under the background of new curriculum, it lacked integration of cooperative learning and experiment teaching of biology which made carrying out cooperative learning in biology more difficult.Based on various theories and views of specialists, the author tries to carry out the cooperative study both in theory and practice level, change the traditional structure of biological experiment teaching, and cultivate the students'learning interest, cooperative sense, cooperative skill, creative ability as well as the ability of getting information through various approaches in order to form a new relationship between teachers and students. By doing this can teachers really make biology experiment teaching become human-oriented, and change biology experiment teaching from discipline-based, knowledge-oriented conception to focus on each student' all- around development. Therefore, we can make contributions in realizing the aim of quality education which focuses on all the students' all-round development in biological experiment teaching.The documentary, investigation, statistics, quasi experiment etc. were used as research methods in this paper. First, the relative theories about teaching model, cooperative learning and biological experiment teaching were hackled. Based on these works, the implementation strategy of applying cooperative learning in biological teaching was elaborated. The cooperating-exploring experimental teaching mode was practiced by experiment method, and the results was analyzed by SPSS software. The results suggested that the cooperating-exploring experimental teaching mode contributes to the students'learning interest, attitude, cooperative awareness, biological experiments skills and marks.
