Theoretical experiment of the High School Chemistry, an important component of the high school chemical experiment, is a powerful tool to acquire basic concepts and ultimate principles. As an important way of exploring the world, systematology contains profound philosophy. The paper takes "The Rates of Chemical Reactions and Chemical Equilibrium" for example to make a systematic study of the high school chemical Theoretical experiment.The paper mainly composes of theroy and practice study.In the part of theory study, the author summarizes the systematology and selects the basic concepts (such as system, element, level, information), theories, and principles (such as integrity and purpose) and research methods (such as feedback method, grey box method) which are useful for the high school chemical experiment system. The author names it "the systematology of the chemistry system" as the theoretical basis. given the characteristics of chemical experiment system, "experimental system model" which composes of experimental subject, Observer, experimental Principle, experimental reagent, experimental condition, experimental facility, experimental operation, experimental results and "experimental analysis method" which composes of the analysis of experimental background and the purpose of the experiment, the analysis of material reserve, the analysis of experiment element, the analysis of the relationship between elements and so on.In the part of practice study, there are two parts i.e. the text analysis of experiment and the analysis of the "real done". The author concludes the main elements and existing problems of the experiment system. Then, operates and analyzes the experiment purposefully to find the characteristics and relative merits, and designs the new methods which make use of the Sensor Technique to enrich the high school chemical Theoretical experiments.In conclusions:(1) There are several characteristics of theoretical experiment, such as indirectness, restriction, diversity, quantitation and so on. (2) They are similar in the selection of subjecs and differ in whether or not there are control-experiments and integrated degree of experimental Principle. (3) It is successful to apply the systematology to the high school chemical experiments study.
