Cooperative learning is widely used in many countries in the world as a creative teaching theories and strategies. Experimental studies on cooperative learning have shown that:cooperative learning is more effective than independent study and competitive learning. It not only can promote the academic performance of students, but also can promote students' non-cognitive ability and affective growth such as interpersonal relationships, perspective taking, self-esteem and cooperation and so on. Cooperative learning is widely used in Chinese Primary and Middle School class teaching as a teaching organizational pattern which changes the way of students' learning.General technology curriculum is a kind of curriculum which is grounded on practice, highly comprehensive, emphasis on creativity, the integration science and human. From discovering problems to making models, all students need cooperative learning as a style of learning. Therefore the first chapter combed the cooperation correlation theories, strengthened the general technical teacher's reliance, simultaneously unified the study and the general technical teaching, summarizes three characteristics of the cooperation in the general technical teaching; The second summarized many problems on cooperative learning in general technology teaching, such as a mere formality, classroom disorder, improper role of teachers, teacher' not perfect evaluation, students' lack of cooperation and so on. In order to implement cooperative learning more effectively in General technology teaching, the paper reflected these phenomenon, and put forward factors that restrict the effectiveness of cooperative learning. Using Cooperative Learning Theory as a guidance, with different characteristics of contents in General technology, the third chapter made the following strategies:preparation strategies of cooperative learning, methods of choosing cooperative learning strategy in General technology, the evaluation strategies of cooperative learning. Excepting that through this research it can promote cooperative learning being used in teaching more effectively in general technology, and give an impetus to reflect on the teaching of cooperative learning for teachers.
