With the coming of knowledge economy age, knowledge has been become the main key drivers of human society development, create the new economy growth point continuously, which also plays an more and more important role in the sustainable development of the human society. So, it is urging to correlate knowledge and knowledge, knowledge and activity, knowledge and organization as soon as possible, to realize knowledge transfer, then take out knowledge innovation, so as to win more competitive advantage, finally produce the value-added effects.As one of the knowledge-intensive organization, universities possess the plentiful knowledge resource, which is an important source of knowledge innovation. The universities'knowledge transfer has become an important carrier of the enterprises'technology innovation. More and more firms share and transfer the complementary knowledge of universities to improve their ability of producing merit. The universities and firms can are complementary to each other and being in a win-win condition, which strengthen the universities'knowledge transfer. Undoubtedly, it has important realistic meanings and using value to study the value-added of the universities'knowledge transfer. Analyzing knowledge transfer between firms and universities, discussing the connotation and essence of the value-added of the universities knowledge transfer, are benefit to make the university knowledge serve the firms'production, to promote the firms'knowledge quantity and knowledge value, and promote the core competitiveness of the corporation, so as to push the national knowledge economy development.Through the study of literature at home and abroad, there is a fact that the study of knowledge transfer was just stuck in the theoretical research of concepts and the transfer influencing factors, empirical research is little. Thesis first proposed the research background, research significance and innovative point of this topic, through the literature review summarize the basic meaning of knowledge, the connotation of knowledge transfer and the theoretical model, analyze the general process of value-added of universities'knowledge transfer. Based on this, according to the different departmental in knowledge transfer process, summarize the impact factors to knowledge transfer value-added from the bilateral and multilateral perspectives, and build the value-added model of the universities'knowledge transfer fellow. Finally do an empirical research on the value-added of universities'knowledge transfer using the relative variables, survey results were analyzed using SPSS statistical software.
