With the deepening development of worldwide education reform, people gradually realized that teachers in educational reform play a very important position, is an important factor in education reform. The new round of foundation education reform put forward higher request for teacher's professional development. Beginning teachers as a special group of teachers, their professional growth situation is the research subject of this paper.In the background of new curriculum reform, this study composite domestic and foreign teachers' professional development theory to re-elaborate the content of teacher professional development structure and takes it as the theoretical basis of the papers. Use five dimensions such as teacher's education belief, professional knowledge, professional ability, professional development attitude and motivation, self development needs and consciousness to investigate the teachers of Ti Mo Te You Qi junior high school. This thesis employs qualitative and quantitative methods to reveal the impact factors of the professional development of beginning teachers. Finally, use three aspects such as educational system, school and teacher to put forward some feasible suggestions and countermeasures.Paper is divided into four parts. Including:Part I: Introduction. This paper mainly covers the research background, significance, thoughts and methods, and analyzes the present situation of the domestic and foreign research, and defined some related concepts.Part II: Analyze the structure of teacher professional under the background of new curriculum reform. In recent years, the structure of teachers' professional development division has a different point of view. Based on the new curriculum reform of teacher professional development requirements, the paper put teachers' professional development for teachers education belief, professional knowledge and so on.Part III: The present research of beginning teacher professional development in Inner Mongolia Ti Mo Te You Qi junior high school .Firstly, use questionnaire survey to understand the beginning teachers general situation; second, tell and discuss about beginning teachers teaching story in first, two, three years; At last based on the conclusion summary to analyze the influence factors of beginning teacher professional development.Part IV: conclusions and recommendations, according to the results, puts forward some feasible Suggestions on teacher education institutions, school, beginning teachers themselves.
